It's time for meals that are happy, connected moments

You Can Do This. Just Imagine...

 Your family actually sitting & eating ONE meal that you made for everyone, without complaining or whining.

Having peace of mind – knowing they’re eating a wide range of foods that nourish their bodies and minds.

Not having to pack “special” food for them to bring to family events or birthday parties.

start the shift from chaos to calm at your table...

Program #1: C.A.P.E.S. Picky Eater Program

*NOTE: This program is available for parents of children with OR without ADHD

Everything you need for peaceful, connected mealtimes – where your kid eats more than just the white rice!

We tackle the 5 biggest factors in picky eating AKA: The C.A.P.E.S. Approach

c = confidence

When you believe that their kids CAN change and that YOU (yes, you) are the one who can help them to change, well, that’s a game-changer!

You are your kids’ food leader – and a confident leader is always more effective than an unsure one.

Once we get you back into the “I’ve got this” mode with some quick mindset strategies and convo, you’ll be presenting veggies like a master chef reveals their signature dish – and that’s enticing, even for picky eaters!

A = Autonomy - with food (and beyond!)

Kids need some control in their lives – if they don’t get it, they’ll grab it where they can (like with refusing food).

We work on providing an appropriate amount of autonomy at mealtimes, AND exploring other areas where more autonomy can lessen that intense need for control they’re feeling.

Without an intense need for control, you’ll see more cooperation and curiosity at the table.

p = Positivity at the table

We commit to making meals fun again because:

  • Stress = an appetite killer.
  • Stress = a curiosity killer.
  • Stress = a connection killer.

Once we bring good vibes back to your table, you’ll see your child enjoying mealtimes, exploring new foods, and learning that food about connection, not conflict.

E = Exposure and Exploration

Wanna know the best way to raise a picky eater? Stop offering foods they’ve refused!

Even if they say no, you’ve gotta keep trying. We work on exposure to new foods both at the table and in food prep and planning. And yes, this sometimes involves playing with food 🙂

When new foods become normal foods, they get gobbled up quickly!

S = sensory considerations

Some kids are physically sensitive to foods – the textures, smells, flavours can all be too much for them to handle.

We figure out how to expose them to the sensations of new foods without overwhelm so they can enjoy a variety of foods…and you can stop hiding veggies in baked goodies!

This Program is for you if:

  • You’re willing to tackle the root of the problem, rather than hiding veggies in food or searching for recipes your kid “will actually eat”.

  • You’re willing to commit to about 15-30 minutes a day of working on this problem in order to save you loads of time in the future…imagine not having to make 2 meals each night or waste you time Googling “picky eating tips”.

  • You understand this isn’t a linear process. There’ll be ups and downs but the final results will last!

  • Your child does NOT have a suspected or diagnosed eating disorder.

This program is nOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for a “quick fix.”

  • Your child has a suspected or diagnosed eating disorder.
